The recipe works. It fights any infection bacterial, viral, or fungal:
½ c. BRAGG Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother
1/4 c. honey, add more to taste
¼ c. fresh-squeezed lemon juice
½ - 1 tsp cayenne pepper powder, more is better
1 fresh garlic clove, minced
½ tsp ginger powder, or fresh ginger root minced (optional)
2 c. cold water
Mix in a glass 32oz quart jar. Do not double recipe in the jar. Refrigerate.
IMMEDIATE ACTION - At first sign of sore or itchy throat:
Drink 8-12 oz water, to boost the immune system by staying hydrated
Shake or stir concoction
Gargle 2-3 tsp for 30 sec then swallow
